This year we will have more space for our vendor exhibit and hence will have more tables. Tables will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Symposium is on May 29, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza in Somerset, NJ. The theme is "Future of Chromatography" and will encompass speakers in a variety of technologies (see 'Speakers' above).
The cost for a table is $500 (just like last year). This includes:
the table (6ft x 3ft) and an easel for poster space (please request)
lunch for 2 people
an advertisement (supplied by you) to be included in the welcome folder
hopefully some great contacts.
There will be ~2 - 3 hours allotted for a vendor show, but the room will be open the whole day (during seminars). Also, from our exhibitors we ask if they would like to donate any raffle items...attendees enjoy this very much.
